They should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Achieve call center metrics and targets, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, software, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
