- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance customer service procedures and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening abilities and the capacity to empathize with customers.
- Ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, software, and CRM tools.
