Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, and a proven track record of driving online growth and engagement. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our marketing goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and insights for improvement.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
